Nissan GTR R35 Quaife Rear ATB Differential 2015+ (DMS-5339)

The Quaife ATB Differential (DMS-5339) is a direct-fit replacement for the factory rear differential in the 2015+ Nissan R35 GTR. It uses Quaife’s helical gear design for smooth, progressive torque distribution without the harsh engagement of traditional locking differentials.

Helical Gear Design

The Quaife ATB Differential biases torque automatically to the wheel with the most grip. Where one wheel loses traction, drive transfers to the wheel with grip rather than spinning the free side. The result is improved corner exit, more controlled launches and consistent rear traction across all driving conditions.

Helical gears engage and disengage progressively under load. This eliminates the noise, lockup harshness and on/off behaviour associated with clutch-pack and plate-type locking differentials.

Billet Steel Construction

The Quaife ATB Differential is precision-manufactured from billet steel. Internal gears are built for high cycle loads and sustained torque. The unit suits high-horsepower R35 GTR builds where reliability under heat and load is required.

No Friction Plates

Unlike clutch-type limited slip differentials, the Quaife ATB contains no wearable friction plates. The internal helical gears do not degrade with use. Outside of regular oil changes, the unit is maintenance-free.
