This kit for the DL800 transmission (Lamborghini Huracán and Audi R8) bridges the market gap between a 2nd gear upgrade and a full gearset upgrade for 1,000 to 1,500 horsepower builds, now providing a “middle ground” option for those on the fence regarding a built trans.

Using the same high-strength materials found in our record-setting Extreme Duty Gearset, this kit replaces the most failure-prone OE gears in the DL800 and comes with all necessary upgrades and consumables to do the job right! DL800 OE gear failures can take out the case and require a whole new core trans, don’t take the risk!

As an additional option, the kit can be paired with Dodson HEAVY DUTY AUTOBAHN OVERDRIVE (38/27) 7TH GEAR PAIR, which lowers cruise RPM to 3,000 RPM @ 100 MPH.

Items included in the kit are:

• OE 2ND GEAR UPGRADE: Cures main failure point in a built Huracán/R8
• OE 3RD GEAR PAIR UPGRADE: OE 3rd gear can fail in mid-power builds
• REAR PINION NUT UPGRADE and MAIN SHAFT MECHANICAL CIRCLIP UPGRADE: Reinforces other known failure points at high horsepower / RPM
• OIL FILTER HOUSING: Replaces crack-prone OE plastic and finishes your trans in style with Dodson matte white-on-black anodizing
• TITANIUM BOLT KIT: Replaces all critical one-time-use aluminum stretch bolts
• CONSUMABLES: 30-micron Dodson transmission filter, Dodson case plugs, Full O-ring kit
